Colocar em forminhas de empada pequenas, untadas só até a metade, colocar recheio, e cobrir com mais massa. Colocar todas as forminhas em uma forma retangular (para facilitar) e levar ao forno por uns 35 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Refogar o alho, e a cebola no óleo, juntar o palmito escorrido e picado, a pimenta, a salsinha e deixar refogar por alguns segundos. Enquanto isso bater no liqüidificador a água, com a farinha de trigo e juntar ao palmito refogado, mexendo sempre até engrossar e cozinhar. Sovar a massa e dividir em duas partes. Fazer dois rolos e colocar em uma forma de pão untada e enfarinhada. Deixar crescer por 20 minutos e levar ao forno, preaquecido, por 30 minutos ou até assar por completo. Acrescentar o palmito, o sal, a pimenta, a azeitona, a salsa e deixar refogar por 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando ou até que o palmito esteja macio. Dissolver a amido de milho no leite e misturar ao refogado de palmito mexendo sempre até que engrosse. Retirar do fogo e deixar esfriar. Abrir a massa de pastel, retirar o filme plástico de um dos lados da massa e colocar o recheio. Dobrar ao meio e apertar bem as bordas com um garfo. Retirar o filme plástico e fritar em óleo quente por 10 minutos ou até que esteja dourado por igual.
